Items eligible for return:
- You can return most new, unopened items sold by Car Audio Up within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items should be returned in their original product packaging, with all documentation and accessories.
Items not eligible for return:
- Used items
- Opened items
- Items without original packaging and documentation
- Items damaged due to misuse
How to return an item:

- You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RAN paperwork.
- Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
