Items eligible for return:

  • You can return most new, unopened items sold by Car Audio Up within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items should be returned in their original product packaging, with all documentation and accessories.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Used items
  • Opened items
  • Items without original packaging and documentation
  • Items damaged due to misuse

How to return an item:

  2. You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RAN paperwork.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team.
  5. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty:
